Building functional strength, while burning through calories, and maxing out the heart rate are all sure signs of a quality kettlebell workout. Given the benefits of training with kettlebells, more and more people are seeking out trainers or at-home training programs that feature kettlebells.
Unfortunately, with the rise in popularity, I have also seen a rise in injuries. Inexperience, improper form, and “hardcore” training styles can lead to pain in the hamstrings and lower back that turn people away from kettlebells.
