Last week I exercised four times. All told, it took about 90 minutes. Not 90 minutes each workout. 90 minutes total.
Wait, there’s more. I only went to the gym once. Outside of that, I only used three pieces of equipment – a couple kettlebells and a TRX.

Monday
Time – 15 minutes
Location – my apartment
Equipment – bodyweight and a kettlebell
Warm-up
2 rounds
Push-ups (10 reps)
Bodyweight squats (20 reps)
Forward lunges—each leg (5 reps)
Sit-ups
Workout
10 rounds
Kettlebell swing @ 20 seconds
Rest @ 20 seconds
Wednesday
Time – 35 minutes
Location – local YMCA
Equipment – Barbell and weights, erg
Warm-up
Row 500 meters
Yoga and mobility work/foam roll
Workout
Deadlift:
135 x 10 (warm-up)
185 x 10 (warm-up)
225 x 8
275 x 8
315 x 6
335 x 4
365 x 2
Then
3x max rep pull-up (strict, no kipping)
Friday
Time – 20 minutes
Location – my apartment
Equipment – TRX, Kettlebell
Warm-up
2 rounds
10x dive bomb push-up
10x KB deadlift (35#)
10x KB goblet squat (35#)
pigeon and in-step stretch
Workout
5 rounds
15x TRX push-up
25x KB swing (70#)
15x TRX back row
25x KB Goblet squat (70#)
Saturday
Time – 20 minutes
Location – outside
Equipment – running shoes
Warm-up
Jog over to the hill
Workout
8x hill sprint @ max effort
