At this point in history it feels like anything is possible. The same goes for health and fitness. This is not your 75 day challenge or 30 day vegan challenge. the 3, 4, 5 club is much more difficult than that. There are few people in the world that have ever joined and about as many that will.

Can you bench 3 plates? This is for all the bros out there that love chest day. Hybrid Athletes are well rounded fitness enthusiasts and benching 3 plates (315 lbs) is not for everybody. I have been there before but those were my college football and competitive weight lifting days. Its time to hunker down and get after those chest and triceps again.

What about 4 plates on the squat rack. 4 plates is 405 lbs and requires tree trunk legs with a well measured back. Your auxiliary core and back muscles need to be in great shape to be able to squat the coveted 4 plates. Sure I have been there but it does feel like a long time ago, cough……12 years…..cough.

Rounding out the power lifting major 3 lifts is the deadlift. 5 means, well you guessed it, 5 plates. 5 plates is 495 and its heavy, anything measured with ton as the unit can be chalked up to a lot of weight. in this case its a quarter ton. Remember big chest and use a belt.
